“You ask, ‘Who is this King of Glory?’ He’s the Lord of Victory, armed and ready for battle, the Mighty One, the invincible Commander of heaven’s hosts! Yes, he is the King of Glory” (Psalm 24:10 TPT).

Even as He is holy — set apart from anything or anyone in His otherness — we are called to be holy with hearts, hands, and eyes only for Him. A consecrated, sanctified, and dedicated bride. We are His and His alone. The Lord once prophesied through Bob Jones,

His Holy Bride

  • 4:45

He is the ancient of days and we are His ageless/eternal doors. “So wake up, you living gateways and rejoice” you gates, doors, conduits, carriers and holy vessels of God. “Fling wide, you ageless doors of destiny! Here He comes; the King of Glory is ready to come in” (Psalm 24:9 TPT).

He’s ready to come in and through His holy bride — You, me, us! We are chosen by Him and for Him to be holy — set apart — for His divine purpose. What an honor! What a privilege it is to serve the King of Glory.

All that is not Him must go! His holy bride, the church, is to cease from entertaining, tolerating, and pacifying fleshly desires, self-promotion, religion, slothfulness, perversion, witchcraft, elitism, rejection, condemnation, sects, cults, and fears. We have much to do for His kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven. And only that which is done by Him in and through us will be of any eternal value.

He is longing for His Holy Bride. Our prayerful response should be “Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting” (Psalm 139:23-24 NKJV). Thank you for cleansing me O God…I am Yours. I will not love, serve, or worship another. I am Yours!

There’s a wedding about to take place. The invitations have been sent. The Father of the bride has spared no expense. Great care has been taken with every intricate detail. Never has there been, or ever will there be, a more glorious wedding. The bride will be presented without spot, blemish, or wrinkle. She has been made holy — set apart — for the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords in all His otherness. Even as He is holy, He has made His bride holy. She has eyes only for Him. There is no mixture of desire in her. She has surrendered all that would hinder intimacy and knowing her husband fully. The bride is the church and its members are the body of Christ — in all their wonderful diversity and uniqueness. Collectively and individually she reveals the many facets of her Savior, Lord, and King to the world in which she lives. His Holy Bride is His chosen holy gateway to revival.

“To the church without mixture I will give my Spirit without measure and no disease will stand before me.”

THE DOORWAY TO REVIVAL

“So wake up, you living gateways.
Lift up your heads, you ageless doors of destiny!
Welcome the King of Glory, for He is about to come through You” (Psalm 24:7 TPT).
